SimpleSMS Support: How to reach us during the holidays

Dear clients,

With the holidays getting closer and closer, you are probably looking forward to some relaxing, peaceful days with your loved ones.

The SimpleSMS Team will also take time off to celebrate with their families and to collect themselves for the new year. But of course, that doesn’t mean we’ll leave you to your own devices if you have any questions or problems concerning your SimpleSMS account.

You will still be able to reach us during the holidays.

Here’s how you can reach us during the holidays

Support via phone is available on the following days:

Mon, December 28th 2020 from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Tue, December 29th 2020 from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Wed, December 30th .2020 from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Mon, January 04th .2021 from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Tue, January 05th .2021 from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

On any other day, you can reach us via email at support@simple-sms.com

From January 11th 2021, we will be there for you at our usual times.

Important note: Starting on January 1st 2021, we will no longer send out invoices via post or email. You will find all invoices listed directly in your SimpleSMS account, where you can download them at any time and print them out if necessary.

Just click on “Account” -> “Invoices & Turnovers”.
